The initial design process begins with either a zoom, phone call or in person meeting in either Sydney or Los Angeles. Design ideas can be discussed at this stage, along with references and mood boards. Rough cost estimations can be given, but will depend on the grading of the stone, cutting costs and then final stone and gold selection. The bespoke process usually revolves around customizing existing designs and choosing specific stones. Please note that we don't work with the client's existing gems, only stones that we've procured as a company.
Stone selection can take time, especially when sourcing rare or specific gemstones from around the world. We always ensure the stones are ethically sourced from trusted suppliers. A selection of stones will be shared with the client via email or whats app in the form of videos and photos. Once we receive confirmation of the stone, an invoice will be sent with the total amount and production will commence from our Los Angeles Studio. As all of our pieces are made in house, custom pieces may take 4-6 weeks to complete.
Once the piece is completed, our team will be in touch to arrange delivery and shipping. If this order needs a rush delivery for a special occasion, please be in touch and provide the specific dates it needs to be delivered by and we will try our best to accommodate.
